Towards the end of Bobby McFerrin's performance at the Jazz Music Festival at Stadt Casino Basel on Friday, May 13th, Mr. McFerrin asked which audience members would like to sing a duet. Anna Dell'Era was the first to make it to the stage. "'Suddenly, I felt my legs carrying me to the stage but my brain had not registered the actuality of the event until Mr. McFerrin asked me my name and what I wanted to sing!'" We sung a bit of "His Eye Is On The Sparrow" I will never forget those moments. Absolutely FANTABULOUS! After the show, I was led backstage by a theater rep, and had a chance to speak with him, give him my card, and a theater rep snapped our photo. Voila!!!!
